Barnet and Enfield, Summer 2026

Welcome to the Fourth Trimester Club

Six weeks of planned meet ups with a small group of local mums from across Southgate, Winchmore Hill, Palmers Green and Enfield. It's time to find your people, feel a bit more like yourself, and leave with the friendships that last.

The bit nobody warns you about

After the birth, before the village.

Your partner goes back to work. You are up at 3 am googling things that feel too small to ask anyone out loud. You are wondering if you are doing it "right". Sound familiar?

No one really tells you how hard it is to find people who truly understand this stage of life, while you're in it. That is what we're here for. A space that stays the same from one week to the next, where chats pick up where they left off, and friendships have room to grow.

What you'll do

A mix of what mums actually want.

Six weeks of meet ups, put together with real care. Unhurried, and built for you and your baby.

Social

Coffees, walks, brunches

The unstructured bits are where people get to know each other properly. We book the venue, you bring yourself, no awkward icebreakers.

Baby classes

Tasters of the good ones

Think baby massage, sensory, and more. Tasters so you can see what you and your baby enjoy, without signing up to a block booking before you know if it suits you.

Same group

Something you build together

Not a one-off class, not a single mixer. The same faces week after week, so familiarity has time to build. It's about getting to know each other. Sharing the highs, the lows, the random chaos, and watching friendships grow while your babies do too.

Who's this for and what you get

Everything you need.

Whether it's your first or your third, this is a space that brings a little structure to your week, making things feel a bit easier.

Designed for mums with babies 0–6 months, so you're all in it together, at a similar stage.

We take care of the venue, the coffee, the sweet treats and the activities. You just turn up and enjoy.

A few weeks later, we host a reunion with babies and partners, so the people in your life can finally meet the people who have been in your corner.

Our story

Hi, I'm Leanne.

I feel really lucky to say this, but I found my people early on. We met at a series of classes before we had our babies, and once we all had our little ones, the mums group just clicked.

Every Wednesday, like clockwork, we'd meet. Same faces, same place. We'd chat, share, offload, catch up on whatever chaos the week had brought. We still do now.

The more we talked about it, the more we realised this isn't the norm. Most mums don't get that kind of consistency. Or that kind of space.

Now we're planning first birthdays and figuring out what life looks like after mat leave, and I keep thinking how much those Wednesdays shaped everything.

So I'm building the Fourth Trimester Club, so more mums get to have that space and community too.

FAQ

Questions you might have.

Summer 2026 with mums across Southgate, Winchmore Hill, Palmers Green and Enfield. Exact dates and venues depend on how the club fills, so if you have registered your interest you will hear from us as soon as things are locked in.
That is the whole point. Nobody knows anyone on day one. We keep groups small (8 to 12) and local so you have things in common from the start. The six-week structure means you see the same faces every week. That is how real friendships form.
We think 0–6 months is the sweet spot. It usually means you're all in those early stages, figuring things out, going through similar milestones, and experiencing that first phase of motherhood together.
It comes down to timing and purpose. Pre-birth classes happen before your baby arrives. And one-off classes or events often give you a moment with people you may never see again. Even with baby classes, it's easy to be focused on getting the most out of the session for your little one rather than building connections for yourself. The Fourth Trimester Club is different. It's for after your baby arrives, when you need support the most. And it's the same small group of mums, week after week.
The club itself is built around mums and weekday daytime meet ups. A few weeks after the six weeks, we host a reunion with babies and partners too, so the wider circle gets to meet.
A few weeks later, we host a reunion with babies and partners, then we hand the group chat over and step back. What happens next is up to your club. Most keep meeting up on their own terms, which is exactly how it is meant to go.
The core schedule is built for mums available during weekday daytimes, so the weekly meet ups are mostly mum-and-baby spaces. The reunion is the moment where we widen things out and bring partners in too.
£220 per person for the full six weeks. This includes all venues, curated taster sessions, refreshments, and bookings, so there's nothing else to organise or pay for on the day.
